These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "You") and moicity2u (the "Company", "WeUs", or "Platform"). moicity2u operates an online casino, sports betting, and live dealer gaming platform accessible at https://moicity2u.cam, targeting players in Malaysia and other jurisdictions where access to such a platform is permitted by applicable law.

By accessing the moicity2u website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by it. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an active account on moicity2u, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• You are not a resident of or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of moicity2u, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or under any arrangement to share account winings with a third party who would otherwise be ineligible.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order imposed by moicity2u or any other gambling operator.

Registration on moicity2u requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to keep this information updated at all times. moicity2u may contact you to request updated information as part of ongoing account maintenance and regulatory compliance.

Each Player may maintain only one (1) registered account. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts, whether using different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. moicity2u employs technical measures to detect duplicate account creation and reserves the right to merge, restrict, or close duplicate accounts without prior notice, with any resulting balance subject to review.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any other time as required by our compliance obligations, moicity2u will conduct KYC verification. You will be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent document).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).
• Proof of payment method ownership for each method used to deposit funds.
• Any additional documentation requested by our compliance team in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or closure of pending withdrawal requests. moicity2u will not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

moicity2u accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, and Hong Leong Bank), direct bank transfer, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (Malaysian Ringgit thirty) unless otherwise specified within a specific promotion. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, subject to applicable payment provider limits. Higher tier accounts may be subject to enhanced deposit and withdrawal limits communicated separately.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully KYC verified prior to first withdrawal.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds must be fully satisfied.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and may vary by account tier.
• moicity2u reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceding specified threshold amounts.

Indicative processing times are: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) typically within 5minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank transfers within 15–60 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times. These timeframes are indicative only and not contractual guarantees. Actual processing times may be affected by payment provider schedules, regulatory checks, or technical factors outside moicity2u's control.

moicity2u offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, referal bonuses, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are governed by these general Terms & Conditions as well as any specific promotion-level terms communicated at the time of the offer.

The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who hold a fully registered and verified moicity2u account.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds and winings derived therefrom will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Certain games may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced percentage to wagering requirements. Eligible games and contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are handled separately. Real money funds are used first in wagering unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• moicity2u reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Material changes to an active promotion will be communicated to affected players.
• Any attempt to exploit or abuse promotional offers through irregular wagering patterns, collusion, the use of automated systems, or any other method will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

The cryptocurrency deposit bonus (currently up to MYR 688 at a2% rate, subject to change) is subject to the same general wagering requirements as other deposit bonuses. Details are available in the promotion-specific terms accessible on the platform.

All bets placed on moicity2u are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game category, sport, or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or market before placing a wager. In cases of ambiguity or dispute, the decision of moicity2u's trading and gaming operations team shall be final.

The following general rules apply across all gaming and betting activities on the platform:

• Bets placed and confirmed are legally binding. Players may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• moicity2u reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at incorrect odds, on events with incorrect information, or under any other manifest error condition.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game or betting market, the Company's records of the bet state at the time of interruption shall be the definitive reference.
• moicity2u may impose maximum bet limits on any market, game, or player at any time.
• The use of software, algorithms, bots, or any automated systems to place bets or play games is strictly prohibited.
• Live sports betting markets are subject to in-play rule variations, including delayed acceptance of bets during live action. Players acknowledge this inherent condition of in-play wagering.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the moicity2u platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with moicity2u.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonus entitlements.
• Any form of collusion with other Players to influence game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Use of automated playing systems, bots, or software that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an undue financial advantage.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or decompile any part of the moicity2u platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward moicity2u staff or other users.
• Any activity that constitutes fraud, cheating, or manipulation as determined by moicity2u's security and compliance teams.

All content on the moicity2u platform, including but not limited to software, game designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and user interface elements, is the proprietary property of moicity2u or its licensed content partners. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as confering any licence or right to use moicity2u's intellectual property, except as strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the platform.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, copy, publish, scrape, or otherwise exploit any content from the moicity2u platform without the prior written consent of moicity2u. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, moicity2u shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform; (c) any loss or corruption of data; or (d) any damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain password confidentiality.

moicity2u's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit moicity2u's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter for which liability may not be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. A Player may close their account by contacting moicity2u's support team. Upon Player-initiated account closure, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

moicity2u may suspend or terminate a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, account inactivity for a period exceding twelve (12) consecutive months, or closure at the Player's own request under a self-exclusion arrangement.

In cases of termination due to breach, moicity2u reserves the right to withold the Player's balance pending investigation. Where a balance is withheld, moicity2u will communicate the reason to the Player and provide an opportunity to respond within a specified timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which moicity2u holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall in the first instance be referred to moicity2u's customer support team for resolution through our internal complaints procedure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an agreed arbitration body. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitral tribunal's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve their rights pending arbitration.

moicity2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform at least fourteen (14) days prior to the change taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the moicity2u platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must notify us and cease using the platform before the amendment takes effect.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision.
